By using Degree's website, mobile application, booking platform, or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • class reservations, attendance, and purchase history;

  • membership and class-package information;

If you voluntarily provide information regarding an injury, physical limitation, pregnancy, medical concern, or other information relevant to your participation in a Degree class, we may use that information as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or address an immediate safety concern. Degree does not require clients to provide comprehensive medical histories and does not use such information to provide medical advice or determine medical fitness to exercise.

Payment Information

Payments for Degree services and products are processed through third-party payment and booking providers. Degree may receive information regarding your transaction, such as the amount paid, purchase history, payment status, and limited payment-method information.

Full payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by our payment processors rather than stored directly by Degree.

When you visit our website, use our application, or interact with our online services, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

Degree currently uses Mariana Tek for online scheduling, account management, and related studio services and Squarespace for its website. Other service providers may be used for payment processing, email, text messaging, analytics, and other business functions.

  • create and manage client accounts;

  • process class reservations, waitlists, memberships, class packages, purchases, and payments;

  • provide and administer Degree's services;

  • communicate about reservations, schedule changes, account activity, purchases, memberships, and other service-related matters;

  • send promotional emails or text messages where you have consented to receive them;

  • personalize and improve our website, application, classes, services, and client experience;

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;

  • enforce our agreements or policies;

If you opt in to receive text messages from Degree, we may use your mobile number to send messages in accordance with the SMS terms provided at enrollment and in Degree's Terms of Service & Membership Terms.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may unsubscribe from SMS messages by replying STOP to a message from Degree. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Degree using the information provided below.

8. Data Security

Degree uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Degree also uses third-party providers to process and store certain information, and those providers maintain their own security practices.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Degree cannot guarantee absolute security.

Degree will maintain safeguards and information-security practices as required by applicable Massachusetts law.

  • administer memberships and purchases;

Degree's services are not directed to young children.
